For eligibility in our Frequent Buyer (i.e. Buy 12 get 1 Free) Program you must be registered in our loyalty tracking system with current contact information including phone number and valid email address. At checkout, our staff will enter qualifying items purchased, and the system automatically tracks your progress towards redemption of free products.

Save on Grooming Services:

For customers who take advantage of our in-house grooming services, Tuffy’s offers regular promotions and discounts such as seasonal specials, discounts on grooming or free nail trims etc. Grooming discounts are only available to loyalty program members who purchase pet food and are active on the Frequent Buyer Program. Tuffy’s reserve the right to apply grooming discounts at our discretion.

Monthly Senior’s Day:

Beginning in September 2026, Tuffy’s will introduce a new Senior’s Day promotion

When: on the last Thursday of every month*

Discount: Save the Tax! Eligible customers will receive a discount equivalent to the

13% HST on regular-priced products. This cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Age: Must be 60 years of age or older

Membership: To qualify for the Senior’s Day promotion, you must be registered in our Loyalty Program with your

date of birth for verification. Tuffy’s reserves the right to request valid photo I.D. at checkout before applying discounts.

Purchase limits: Eligible purchases are limited to:

two (2) bags of dry kibble or two (2) bulk cases of frozen raw food.

Treats, toys and accessories can be purchased in any quantity up to a limit of 10 items per promotional event.

Terms & Conditions

All sales discounts are valid on regular-priced merchandise only and excludes gift cards, grooming and other pet related services and special order items. Not combinable with other sales promotion from Tuffy's or our suppliers.

Tuffy’s reserves the right to increase, decrease or modify these promotions, inclusions or exclusions and/ or purchase limits at our discretion.

* Due to typically high holiday volumes there will be no Senior's Day event scheduled in the month of December.
